I have one of those on my bike, and it is quite solid and attractive. My only complaint is that it sits pretty high - on my bike (700c) I have about 2"-3" of air between the top of my fender and the bottom of the rack. The design of the rack makes it difficult to consider modifying it to ride lower - I'd need to flatten the tubes (could be dicey to do properly) and drill a new hole.
It would be nice to have my panniers riding a little lower.

Other than that relatively minor gripe, it is a fantastic rack.
