I have a set of FSA K-Light compact cranks that I have been running a little over a year and about 4000 miles. Over the last few rides I have noticed that it has not been as smooth when pedaling specifically on the up stroke on the drive side and it seemed as though my chain was rubbing.

On my last ride it seemed worse and when inspected, I found that both the large and small chainring were out of true, or bent. I have already replaced the BB, so that is not the cause.

The bike has never been in an accident, or dropped. I'm definately not strong enough to bend them from torque alone. Not sure why this is happening.

Is it normal? Any recommendations?
