1984,60cm. Built in California by Rob Roberson according to Joe Starck's build sheets, fork built by Joe Starck. Either San Marcos or "the ranch". According to Joe's sheets Rob built all the 60cm bikes for 84, Joe built all the forks for all sizes and Jim Allen did paint. Serial #4089 if I am remembering right right now. I will check tomorrow. Paint and decals are original. Reynolds 531. Bought the frameset on Ebay for too much but I couldn't resist. Had a bent derailleur hanger which was easily fixed. Sourced all components individually. All Super Record except for Cobalto brakes (with custom gold jewel). Mavic CX18 tubular rims on Super Record hubs. Selle Italia Turbomatic saddle. Stripped, polished and assembled everything myself.
Yellow housing is Jagwire from Harris Cyclery. You can buy it by the foot, both brake and derailleur. It looked a little sickly off the bike but he contrast with the black made it look better.
