Basically there's two types of penetrating oils:

PB Blaster
Stuff that doesn't work as well as PB Blaster

I used to restore cars and we went through cans on it because it's nearly as good as a torch for loosening bolts without the danger of catching (probably irreplaceable) things on fire.
