I like popping a small box of raisins as I exit the door. that simple carb lites me up for the beginning of the ride. a full meal is one thing but the simple carb just prior to a workout of any kind is not to be overlooked.you can also try 300 milligrams b6 and 250 micrograms b12 with that meal
