Weight can be a big issue for many of us, me included.. Power to weight ratio is everything in cycling.. I know if I start riding a lot and drop 20lb, I can ride faster, it is just a fact.. At 6'3 I am 240 right now, but my ideal weight is 210-220.. When I used to race, I was 170-175, was I a lot faster, YES...
Will I ever see 175 again, not a chance..
