The price difference between it and the 705 is much smaller than the price difference between the 705 and the 500. Considering that the map card alone is over $100, I still contend that "most" of the price of the Garmin computers with navigation is the navigation system itself. Obviously the touch screen is an additional cost, I just don't think it makes up most of the $600 price.
