Road bike. The type of saddle that sits on two cross bars; these cross bars meat in a little notch at the front of the saddle and go into two holes in the back.

I cannot figure out how to get the damn thing back on--the bars are clearly too big to just jam them in... am I just supposed to somehow stretch the seat/compress the bars? Because that seems impossible.
