That wasn't even a good try.

Having been contacted by LE in Southern CALIFORNIA several times in the past five years (including by Long Beach PD) without identification on my person, you are flat-out wrong. Add in the fact that I am a former LE professional of fifteen years and your guessing game is even more null and void.
