yeah - that's about what is happening here, except that the client got to hold the hammer of "this is the tracking software you will use" - not what we wanted, and the client has the power to see everything - even private discussions that are set to "private" between two users. We were afraid something like this would happen. It only takes one goof to mess everything up, and now I'm writing new protocols by which there is an extra step of running all comments by me before the consultants can comment... just more work, not more helpful.

That wasn't the word he used, he was a bit more expansive and comprehensive. He summarized the client's thought process, decision, timing, and involvement in about two sentences.
