I actually have an Alfine setup with an Alfine chain tensioner (works exactly the same as a derailleur) and I just kept the horizontal anti-rotation washers with my vertical dropouts as it angles the cassette-joint cable-stop up towards the seatstay cable stop. IF I had a chainstay cable-stop I would change the anti rotation washer.
