17 quick miles before dinner and before dark. I wish it had been longer, but there wasn't time. Also, I wasn't dressed for it. at 5 PM it was 50 degrees and I went out in shorts, but by sundown my legs were chilly.
Already the days when I could get 40 miles in after work seem so long ago.
