Without question their bikes are a lot more expensive then your last one. Of course there's really no way to say if they are worth $10 or $1000. but for sure this looks like a better outfit to work with then the last one. And they at least have a parts page which is a good sign. They even offer upgrad battery packs. I know they are expensive but maybe you could upgrade for less if you did it with the purchase and trade back the lead cell batttery. I would recommend you email them and ask about the waranty on these bike.
