I'm no experienced wheel guy, but I would think it harder to actually "bend" the rim by pulling on the spokes than it would be to bend it by direct lateral impact. My guess is that your rim is fine, but I wouldn't ride it until getting each damaged spoke replaced and the entire wheel tuned (and trued) with even tension, possibly even rebuilt if necessary. Riding the wheel with uneven tension will further tax the remaining "Still good" spokes and could compromise those as well.
I had a guy merge into my front wheel with his R/D once and pulled out three consecutive, same side spokes from my bontrager race 20 spoke wheel. I immediately tore the whole thing apart, checked to see if the rim was still true (and it was...perfect), and built it back up. It's been perfect ever since. That was a couple of years ago and now my wife is riding that wheelset trouble free. The point here is that my front wheel hit this guys R/D hard enough to rip through 3 bladed spokes, and STILL wasn't enough to actually 'bend" the rim. And the bontrager race wheels aren't exactly known for their durability either.
Good luck, and let us know what you find out from your LBS.... Just stay off of it completely until you can have it worked on. Riding it in this condition could lead to rim damage, even if there's none currently.
