Hard to tell from the pictures. The 2nd picture looks kind of suspect. What you're looking for is a curved braking surface - that indicates wear. Put a ruler across the width of the track and you can easily measure the wear. To what degree that wear becomes unsafe depends on the particular rim - i'm not sure for that specific wheel.
