I took Cynikal's advice and ordered an IRO rear hub and lock ring. With shipping and handling it comes to $62. The good thing is I beleive I can use the spokes from my old wheel and lace the same rim to this new hub. I couldn't find a better deal anywhere, even though this is going to take some time to build before I can get this bike going again. Need a back up set of wheels. Need more $$.
