you'll have to get a rear wheel built up with the white industries eno hub if you plan on using any frame with vertical drops. the eccentric hub allows for chain tension adjustment... maybe look for an old mtb frame with semi-horizontal drops or something like a surly karate monkey or 1x1 that has rear facing horizontal drops.
