Synopsis of Ride: From Malibu to Carpinteria and back along the coast. A gorgeous day, and something of a hammer-fest for me as I was determined to break 8 hours. I biked 34 miles to the start over Topanga Canyon, but I didn't count that in the above totals. Ride report is here.
