Definitely text him. He's super nice and when he made my bag he just received some new type of foam. Whether its unique to wig bags or not. I'll stand up and say the **** is comfy, I've yet to have any issue with the actual straps digging into my shoulder and today I was carrying around my bag + 3 days worth of cloths + another messenger bag inside of my bag with a laptop + mouse + all school books. Back didn't like it, but shoulder didn't hurt.
