aside from the surly's mentioned, iro makes a single speed mountain bike frame with rear facing dropouts.
on-one makes a ss mtb frame called the inbred... also check out the ss mtb frame
here. salsa, kona, azonic, bianchi, santa cruz, cannondale, specialized... all make ss mtb frames... blah blah blah boing boing boing
