The alum 404's are great wheels overall. Since they're hollow they make more noise but it's a good noise. I'm big so I get some deflection when out of the saddle but nothing unmanageable.

I find they take a bit of time to get them up to speed but once they're there it's like flying. You might want to look at full carbon ones if you're expecting to launch many attacks in a crit or on a climb. GL
