wouldn't the brakes/wheels be upgraded before the crank and gears? With the wheels (Shimano 600 cassette) being replaced; I'm thinking the brakes were too.

It's all kinda' moot if Benotto moved in 83; but if they moved in '85 it might be Italian and that's all I really want to know....
