Yes that's what it means. Also your brakes will squeel alot too. I suggest machined walls.
Weinmann does make machined wheels though. Just look around for them.
hmm...im not sure if i can agree with this. it must be a case by case situation.
Because I am currently running Velocity deep vs with non-machined walls, and I have no fading and no squeaking at all...silent like a ninja
The brake I am using is a shimano 500 caliber if it makes a difference.
