+1 for PBSF for the back.

This is the best bang/buck light setup and exactly what I use.

For fenders, I use Planet Bike "freddy fenders" and I am pleased with them....although it took more time and frustration to get them installed than I was prepared for. Allow some extra time for installation, but once on they make riding through puddles fun again!

Good luck. For more threads than you ever cared to see on lighting go to the electronics forum...and if you don't get enough info on fenders here head over to commuters they know fenders better than anyone.
Bummer...went over to electronics and checked over some recent threads. Found this one in the top ten. O well...the search continues!

"GeoManGear has temporarily discontinued sales of Magicshine lightsets due to our concerns regarding the quality of Magicshine's lithium-ion battery packs. We have determined that the Magicshine battery packs do not meet GeoManGear's high expectations regarding product performance and quality. We are working with the manufacturer to quickly resolve these issues and will begin selling Magicshine products again after we have obtained a high-quality battery pack for our customers."
