Wireless computer/headlight issues
Computer is a sigma 1606L (Fully wireless with cadence) and the light is a Cateye uno opticube EL010. When my headlight is on my computer will not pick up speed. If the headlight battery is low however the computer will work fine (But what's the point of even turning on the light in that case?)
My speed sensor is mounted on the left fork leg,and the computer is mounted on the left side of the bars. The light is mounted as far to the right as possible. I called sigma and they didn't have any solutions except a "shielded" light that wouldn't interfere. Now i would like a better light but for now i just don't have the cash. Are there any tricks/tips you guys have for fixing this issue?
Btw i already put the light on the right fork leg to keep it far away from the computer and that worked but i couldn't aim the light the way i wanted it so it didn't help me see any better. My main reason for the light is to give me a little bit of visibility when out at night so the light being mounted on the fork does nothing for me really
