Borrowed a friends trainer for a few days to find the proper seat post height and work on my pedaling. I'm going to get a BG Fit done whenever my classes die down for the semester, until then I don't have time.
I noticed what I think are the dead spots in my pedaling. At the top of each stroke there's a loud, jolting sound were it feels like my foot is slamming forward on the cleat/pedal.
Is my seat post too high? too low? How is my fit overall, if you can tell from these videos. Trying to alleviate some issues with my knee(s) by fixing the seat post height and pedaling properly, but I'm new to all this so I'm hoping you guys can lend some opinions to tide me over until I get the fit done.
