278.6 - Down a little from last week, but up from a few days ago. The next two weeks are going to be rough for me. I'm stuck playing Mr. Mom everyday and then I have orchestra rehearsals for West Side Story every night. Next week is the performances. Plus I have a birthday feast next Monday. After all that wraps up, we're into Thanksgiving week! It'll be a bloody miracle if I can find a way to just keep my head on my shoulders and not go through a huge backslide! Pray for me, folks!

I've had some similar difficulties the last week, and this week as well. Too many unplanned dinners out, too many catered gallery crawl evenings, to many all-day seminars with provided "meals." The two remaining days until Saturday's weigh-in won't even begin to make up for the bad choices I've made recently. I feel like I'm back at 250. It's really weird how all of this plays with your head.
