i just noticed my cleats need a change...i bought them 3 months ago...i do walk with them, for example 2 weeks ago my friend fell and his wheel went ouf of ture...i walked 2 city block uphill... and spin like a ballerina on my cleats when i want to turn, i find it les slippery that way...lol

las sunday i started to slip my right pedal, just like lance on the tour when he crashed....upone inspection my right cleat lost its nose up front....i could still clip but i couldn't stand up to hammer...

im going to buy the cover...
