One: 400 miles.
Two: The venacular is "bonked" not "zonked" and I eat every hour
Three: I have two cages, one with water, the other Gatoraide. I do not break into the Gatoraide until after an hour. My doc wanted me to dilute the Gatoraide so I would drink more, but I just added the second cage.
Four: I am always solo and always carry: cell phone, paper money, and food in my jersey, then two tubes and flat repair in my saddle bag. I also carry a credit card.
