Thanks all I went with the 11-32t cassette with my 26,36,46t chain ring setup time will tell.My LHT is to easy with a 22,32,44t and a 11-34t cassette on it.I spin out a lot with this setup.
+1 If you end up needing a little more low gear, put on a 24t small ring. I use one, and it really helps on those steep climbs. I seldom use the 11t cog, so am going to make a 12,13,14,16,18,21,24,28,32 setup, for more even spacing.
