hi, i am a newbie here asking a favor from experienced users.
couple of weeks ago, i bought a used cannondale roadie which is about year 2000 made.
the frame is caad 4 and everything is perfect except one thing ; the handlebar height is kind of low so it creates some neck and back pain for a long ride. basically the handlebar is about 2&1/2 inches lower than the handlebar. it looks like it has relatively short steerer tube. do i need to install a new steerer tube or any other economical way to fix this? please help this out!
