Short sleeves on a base layer really don't do anything for you. They just get in the way of the jersey sleeves, especially if the jersey is race cut.
Mine don't get in the way at all. Champion from Target. Short sleeves are $12 each. $15 for a long sleeve version. Two dollars more for a long sleeve thermal version.
