The final piece of my Bianchi Valle commuter drop bar conversion -- Shimano Tiagra 9sp brifters. I've decided to stick with Shimano (for now) and run it on both my road and commuter bikes. My other plan was to switch the roadie to Sram Red/Force and put its DA 7800 shifters on the Valle. But, I decided that such a big expense will wait until I decide to build up an "ultimate commuter" for myself (Ti frame, disc brakes, generator lighting, drops, fenders n' rack, etc), so I'll put as much mileage into the dropped Valle as I can.

I'll post an "after" later, probably within a few days.
