There's two places where you'll be spending money on this repair.

1) Labour to remove and install a bottom bracket/crank. A shop will charge you anywhere from $20-$30. If there is a bike coop, that lends out tool and expertise expect this to be maybe $10.
2) Parts cost, is going to be approximately $15-$30 i'm guessing it'll be a standard square taper bottom bracket.
