700 x 23mm Michelin Carbons. I was looking for the 25s but my LBS had them on sale in the 23s only. They're tough, fast, and an excellent value compared to the top of the line Michelins and Contis.
I have gotten into the habit of topping off my tires every morning. Haven't had a pinch flat since.
