Even with the high VAT/GST and whatever else, it's still better. See if you can find one insurance plan that will say outright: we will cover dental implants for you should you break your teeth in an accident. In Canada (& GB), that's covered. As a cyclist, I'd think everyone would want to know that they won't have to fork over $4000 when they break just one tooth.
