I remove the chain from my bike and soak it in pedro's orange peelz over night once a month. I also use pedro's ice wax, I usualy apply that twice a week. Usualy on Friday nights, for Sat & Sundays big rides. And again on Sunday night, for Tues - Fridays rides. I take monday off.
