From: 6 miles inland from the coast of Sussex, in the South East of England

Bikes: Dale MT2000. Bianchi FS920 Kona Explosif. Giant TCR C. Boreas Ignis. Pinarello Fp Uno.

I used to stuff the laces inside the shoes but then I bought new shoes with laces and a Velcro cover over the laces. Saved me a fortune of laces and days off with sprained ankles.
