Favorite conditions? Seventies to low eighties, partly cloudy, light winds. That said, the weather doesn't stop me from riding. To borrow a line from my Norwegian ancestors, "There is no bad weather - only inadequate clothing". Snow and ice on the roads are another thing, though. I have a trainer for days like that, and the roads usually clear up in a few days, so why risk hosing up my entire season for one ride?
