My response is PC and 71-85 degrees. but It hardly ever happens here in sunny SE Colorado. I ride with all conditions but the one that is most disconcerting is the wind above 15 knots.
I've ridden Hardscabble Pass many times, a strong headwind makes for a good workout. The view from the top of the Sangres makes it all worth it somehow. Love the Beulah area, nice little corner of the world!
