That's interesting. Yesterday I was at the book store and flipped through some bike mags. I picked out Cycling Plus and Road Bike Action.
It's about $10. where I live, but every once in a while, they'll include some type of freebie.
I'm still using the neck gator that I got from them last year which I used in the dead of winter.
