Joe, if you use the method above to set up your brakes, the caliper will be exactly aligned and centered over the rotor. The only change I have made is instead of backing the pads back 2 or 3 clicks, I usually go 4 clicks or so to get a little more clearance and to get the brake lever feel where I like it.
Yeah - I tend to like my brakes a bit tighter than some people. I'm also using Ergo levers along with FSA Kwings which don't leave much room between the lever and the bar.
Gonna try a readjust this weekend.
