That is so absolutely correct.
My daughter was at Stetson from 2003 to 2007, and throughout the whole time SR 44 from I-95 to Deland was under construction. And every time I drove it, I thought about how great it would be to ride that wide, smooth shoulder. Strange how cyclists think sometimes.
