Hungover
I have the next Rando ride on my calendar. Problem is that there is a Xmas party night before-and I'm not know for watching my drinks. So, Barry please show up and go even slower than you mentioned-maybe my half drunk ass can grab your wheel.
Speaking of hangovers-I just got back from a few days in NY, rented an east village railroad flat from friend of a friend. The guy who I'm subletting from is serious cyclist, manages a team. He has a 56c Specialized Roubaix for me to use but we never get out-kicking myself. Reason I bring this up is because in order for this guy to ride, and he rides lots, is walk down four flights of very narrow stairs with bike-ride through the streets of NY, which can be fun, but to do any lengthy road rides he must ride up to and over the GW bridge and then he hits some long roads. Made me really appreciate being able to roll out the door and be passing corn fields in 30 minutes.
