I was just checking out Tarmacs today, test rode an SL3 expert with Ultegra. First carbon bike i've ever ridden, it was amazing. But to answer your question i'd go with the black. Can't go wrong with either one, white is nice but it would annoy me having to clean a white frame all the time. Since you don't care about the color it all comes down to if you want Shimano or SRAM gruppo.
