A 700c rim laced to a MTB Disc Hub is a 29er wheel...Bontrager makes about 4 different models of proprietary 29er wheels (since Gary Fisher is one of the biggest proponents of 29ers)...otherwise, I agree with everyone else that the other option is a custom wheelset...(at 210 lbs, I've had pretty good luck with 36 hole XT disc hubs laced to Sun CR-18 rims on my Surly 29er...)
