Haha! Yes. It needed tires and tubes. I bought it one some one else's work. It's not bad but I didn't buy
this particular one to love it: I bought it to ride in the winter. I don't mind putting in the time or even money to get the bike up to speed it just wasn't what I hoped for. The wheels aren't that bad! It's not a total turd!
