I have used Endurolytes for cramping in severe heat. In general the gels and Heed both help me out quite a bit. I stick with mostly gel, bars, and perpetuem, Insurance caps, PSA caps, Race caps for certain events, etc. Gels are my fav. I PLOW through them by the case load.
