REI will deliver and these are a couple of nice options. Bikesdirect and eBay have some good options as well.

BD does have good bikes for cheap, but I would avoid buying from them if you don't have a bike shop close by.

Unless ofcourse you're experienced with building/repairing bikes yourself, but it doesn't sound like OP is.
