Mich Primato vs Sugino 75? what makes the sugino better (aside from aestheics)

also, what do we think about the mich primato pista BB?

also, is http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...157434026&rd=1, a track BB? am i better of going with the miche primato?

also...sticking with the miche bb, will a Sugino 75 crank, Miche Primato BB, Formula Hub, all mounted on a Steamroller frame...give me a decent chain line?
